We are excited about another local entrepreneur who secured financing through The Best Business Loans in Town.
Recently we had the opportunity to help Strike Zone Entertainment Center located in Sebastian, FL secure financing to construct a future family entertainment center. The facility itself, located at 730 South Fleming Street, will be over 24,000 square feet and will consist of a state of the art bowling alley, laser tag, billiards, 50 arcade games, two Texas Hold Em tables, restaurant and bar. Estimated completion date is June of this year.
General Contractor of the construction is Art Krieger of Art Krieger Realty in Vero Beach and architectural assistance is being provided by Niki Norton of N2 Architectural & Design in Stuart FL.
Sebastian, Florida which has been without a bowling alley since the Ercildoune Bowling Lanes closed will soon be the envy of bowling fans throughout the Treasure Coast area. 🙂
