We were recently blessed to have the opportunity to help the Spanish Church of God in Kissimmee FL find a great deal on a commercial refinance.

Referred by their Banker, whose bank was not able to help them, we partnered with the Church in creating a loan request that accentuated the positives. With a lot of hard work, we searched and found a community bank that did a miraculous job getting the loan approved and funded.

The result of our work was a better loan that will save the Church thousands of dollars in loan interest every year.
