1Why do you only ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday?
In order to get you the freshest possible produce, we ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We don’t want your order to sit in a warehouse all weekend alone and scared.
2Are there any states I can’t ship to?
We love (and want to visit) Alaska and Hawaii, but unfortunately, they are pretty far away and UPS would charge us a billion dollars. California and Arizona are our friends too, but they don’t like produce from other states. So the answer is Alaska, Hawaii, California and Arizona.
3I got my order and they are ___________ (fill in your GOOD adjective – fantastic, delicious, etc)?
We are so excited! Please let us know. You can email us, call us or hit us up on Facebook and Twitter. We do not plan to advertise much, so tell your friends about us… we would love the opportunity to make them happy too!
4I got my order and they are not exactly what I wanted.
See above… we want nothing more than for you to be happy! If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us and we will replace your order or refund your money. Shhh… please don’t tell your friends you didn’t like us. Contact us and let us make it right!
5Do you have coupons or discounts?
Even though we have been farming for years, produce in the mail, that’s new to us. Let us get our feet under us and we will start offering coupons. Maybe an “Ambassador Program” where you our loyal first customers receive a discount? Hmmm…
